A key dimension of VSO’s new global strategy is the Global Income Growth Programme to deliver a step change in VSO's global income.  Achievement of this challenging ambition will help us dramatically to increase both the scale and the impact of our work. 

This is a strategic and significant role, working hand in hand with the VSO global network of 50+ organisations, to deliver an ambitious uplift in institutional funding.  VSO has a good track record with institutional donors and will build on that to deliver the growth demanded by the new strategy. 

You will lead VSO’s institutional funding strategy and develop your team as a centre of excellence in this area to deliver year on year increases in income from institutional donors around the world.

You will have a track record of ambition and success in raising funds from statutory and institutional funders, and working collaboratively and productively with colleagues in a dispersed network to deliver results.
